Payment, Refunds, Money back Guarantees

a. ProtoWebSpace reserves the right to cancel any account that is 5 days late on payment.

b. Refunds will be given only for payments that are not older than 45 days, this includes data loss, server or systems being unavailable, or websites being unavailable.

c. No Auto-Renewals. Client agrees that it's the sole responsibility of the client to make payment via the methods provided by ProtoWebSpace.

d. Client agrees that it's the sole responsibility of the client to manage and seek payment for its customers and that ProtoWebSpace is held blameless for disputes that arise over the clients and its customer’s payments.

e. Accounts that are terminated by ProtoWebSpace due to a violation of Terms of Service are eligible for a refund of the payment made withing the 45 Days period.

f. 45 Day Money Back Guarantee. Accounts that are terminated by the client within the 45 days period are eligible for a full refund of the latest hosting payment only.

h. ProtoWebSpace reserves the right to terminate any account for any reason with 30 days notice. Notice may be provided via email.
